The room showed some concerning issues I noticed breaks in the walls. Black mold was present under the window and on the shower hinges. The breakfast seemed quite poor. The coffee came from an automatic machine

The hotel's location proved excellent. It was close to many attractions. The breakfast included several options, even it it was the same each day.

The bathroom cleanliness was lacking. I saw some hairs there. The minibar was empty. I had to ask for water.

the location proved excellent. it sits close to santa maria novella church and breakfast included varied gluten-free options. i found the air conditioning in the room effective. the availability and accessibility of the reception staff provided reassurance.

the hotel's entrance was not obvious. a large gate with a doorbell was the only indication. finding the entrance from the back street proved easier.
